We can help with common concerns such as:

  • Pelvic girdle, hip, and low back pain
  • Pelvic floor concerns during pregnancy
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti)
  • Pain with intercourse after childbirth
  • Cesarean section recovery
  • Birth preparation and labour positioning
  • Returning to exercise, running, and everyday activities
  • Hormonal Health
  • Nutrition
  • Breeched baby
  • Postpartum recovery

Your treatment may include Naturopathic medicine and/or Pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Naturopathic medicine can provide additional support throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, with a focus on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and individualized care. Naturopathic doctors can help support common concerns such as fatigue, digestive symptoms, nutrient needs, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding nutrition, and overall maternal wellbeing.

Our physiotherapist can implement through assessment personalized exercises, pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, core retraining, breathing and movement strategies, scar management, education, and guidance for a safe return to exercise and daily activities.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy isn’t just for pregnancy and postpartum. It can benefit women experiencing pelvic pain, bladder or bowel concerns, painful intercourse, menstrual-related symptoms, menopause-related changes, or pelvic floor concerns related to high-impact activities such as running and sports.

Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, several months postpartum, or years beyond having children, it’s never too early or too late to prioritize your pelvic health.
